Log into your JBK International account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
